I also have to say that several people have misunderstood the point of the article. I’m not saying that people have to use the term cisgender. I’m not saying you have to like it.

This article is about a way to have transphobes identify themselves. If someone rejects such an innocuous term, it’s usually because they have a problem with trans people.
